Apollo 13 flown artifact presentation

Famous NASA mission Apollo 13 space flown to the Moon artifact (kapton foil - outer layer gold) on 6x8" paper presentation. This mission is known as a "successful failure" after an explosion on the way to the Moon. The crew, astronauts Lovell, Haise and Swigert returned to earth safely.

The attached artifact came from an auction and with authentic paperwork. The presentation comes with COA printed on the backside.
